And the big money question........
Remuneration is very competitive, starting with a base salary of $40,000 during Phase 1 of the Programme. Remember Phase 1 should only take you about 6 months and at the beginning of Phases 2 and 3, you'll receive a salary increase and will also have the opportunity to earn performance bonuses so your earning potential increases at every stage.
