Store Support Office
It’s been said that we have one of the best views of Auckland city and its surrounding harbour. That’s probably why we love having our meetings outside on our deck! Located on Auckland’s North Shore, our Store Support Office is the central hub for around 500 team members.

We have free onsite parking and our very own café. We’re a 5 minute walk from the Akoranga Bus Station, a 10 minute drive to café and shops in either Takapuna or Birkenhead and are directly across the road from Auckland Universities’ North Shore Campus (which has an awesome gym!).
Our Store Support Office culture is relaxed, friendly and casual. We don’t wear suits and ties - it's either casual clothes or our reds (our Warehouse uniform). Each month we all get together for an hour to hear from Mark Powell (our CEO) about what’s happening within the business. We also get to hear about new product ranges and upcoming events. We finish it off with our coveted recognition awards; Store Support Office Team of the Month and Store Support Office Team Member of the Month.
One of the best things about working at the Store Support Office is the Sample Sales! This is where left over samples are sold at a reduced price to our team members and the proceeds donated to charity. You really have to be here to experience the hive of excitement to the lead up to the sales and the thrill of “getting yourself a bargain”. We love them – we’re all shoppers at heart!
We’re also very hot on supporting various charities. Our Store Support Office is often transformed into various runways to support fundraising activities and our boys grow their mo’s in November for Prostrate Cancer Awareness. We are forever having sausage sizzles, bbq breakfasts, bake stalls and raffles. It truly is a caring environment where people freely give their time and resources to help others.
So next time you travel north over the harbour bridge, look to your left and check out the impressive glass building on the hill – you can’t miss us!
