Terms and Conditions

1. To be eligible to enter, customers must purchase 2 or more products from the Baby Event promotion in Mailer 39 & 40 from The Warehouse between Wednesday 27th April 2011 and Tuesday 10th May 2011.

2. Employees of The Warehouse Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 

3. All entries must be entered through the form above.  

4. All entries must be entered online by 12.00pm, Tuesday 24th May 2011.

5. The draw will take place at 1pm on Wednesday 25th May 2011.  The major prize winners will be notified by telephone. All prize packs will be sent via courier to each winner’s home address. 

6. If any winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to notification on or before Wednesday 8th June 2011, the prize will be declared null and void at the discretion of The Warehouse and another winner will be drawn.

7. The Warehouse reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry. 

8. The prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The 1st major prize winner will receive The Warehouse vouchers worth $1500 plus 1 Babywise Cherish Cot worth $349.99, 1 Babywise Car Seat worth $229.99 and 1 Babywise Cherish Change Table worth $149.99. The 2nd runner up will receive 3 boxes of Huggies Jumbo Nappies worth $45.99 each, plus 1 baby prize pack worth $200 each. The 3rd runner up will receive 1 baby prize pack worth $200.

9. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, entrants agree that their name, town/suburb and photograph may be used for publicity purposes in connection with this promotion in any media without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.

10. Entries will become the property of the promoter. Entrants’ details will only be used for database purposes if outlined during the entry process.
