Shopping for all the family?
The Warehouse Red Card is a useful way to pay for what you need for your family and keep control of your spending.
Even if you’re on a budget, the Red Card is ideal as it has a low credit limit to start with.
There’s no annual account fee or transaction fees and the interest rate is competitive against other store cards.
At The Warehouse Financial Services we believe The Red Card should offer more than just convenience. That's why we offer you a series of exclusive money-saving deals and other benefits such as cardholder events.
Cardholders will be the only ones to enjoy exclusive store-wide discounts at special Cardholder Events. If you have a Warehouse credit card we'll tell you about the events beforehand by mail and email.

Making payments on your account
It’s easy to manage paying your Red Card account. You can pay your account 7 days a week at The Warehouse and the minimum monthly payment is $5 or 2% of your outstanding balance (whichever is greater). What’s more there’s no interest to pay if you pay your account in full by the due date.
Get a card for someone else
You can apply for an additional card on your account. With an additional card the other person has to be 16 or over, and you’re responsible for anything they spend on the card.
You can ask to change your limit
When you apply for your Red Card you’ll get a credit limit based on the details you give us. If you’d like a bit more, just let us know - we’ll be happy to consider increasing your limit. You can also ask us for a temporary increase.

Where can I use my Red Card? | At any The Warehouse or Warehouse Stationery store in New Zealand. | ||
Can I withdraw cash at an ATM? | No, you can only use your Red Card for purchases at the above stores. | ||
Can I use my card on the Internet? | No. | ||
Can I get a PIN? | No. | ||
Can I transfer from one of my existing credit cards? | Yes, you can transfer from as many cards as you like - up to your credit limit. | ||
Is there an annual fee? | No. | ||
Can we have a joint account? | No, but you can apply for additional cardholders (see below). | ||
Can I have a second cardholder on my account? | Yes, as long as they're over 16. They will share your credit limit but you'll be responsible for all their transactions. We'll only take instructions from you, the principal cardholder, but we can give out information to other users of your account. | ||
How often will I need to pay my bill? | Once a month after you've received your statement. You can choose to pay the minimum payment due or any other amount you want – up to the full balance. | ||
How can I make a payment? | There are 4 different ways: • Post the slip at the bottom of your statement along with a cheque When you make a payment on your account in a Warehouse store, you can’t use your card straight away. It takes 24 hours to process your payment. | ||
Do you charge late payment fees? | Your due date on the monthly statement is the date Westpac must receive your payment. If you have mailed a cheque and it reaches us late you may incur the fee. If you have made a payment in a Warehouse stores on the due date it may not be processed until the next business day. | ||
What if I am returning a product for a refund? | If a Warehouse store needs to give you a refund they need the till receipt – just having your account statement with you won’t do. | ||
