There are 4 different ways:
- Post the slip at the bottom of your statement along with a cheque
- Take your slip and how you want to pay to any The Warehouse store or Westpac branch in New Zealand (note, some banks limit how much you can pay using your EFT-POS card)
- Use telephone banking or internet banking with your bank

I've heard about some credit card refusals in the UK and Europe?
Some New Zealand credit card holders have had their credit card refused overseas because the credit card has a magnetic strip, and/or the credit card is verified by signature. Your credit card should not be refused for either of these reasons.
The UK and Europe use new 'chip and PIN' credit cards, however internationally-issued credit cards using a PIN and/or signature should still be accepted and the standard credit card payment process still applies
If your credit card is refused ask the merchant to call their local MasterCard office or call us on +64 9 914 6170 (international toll charges apply)
