We receive many calls from recruitment agencies and we appreciate the interest you have in our business.

Our way of working

At The Warehouse we prefer to recruit candidates directly ourselves and believe in promoting from within whenever possible.

Preferred suppliers

The success of our brand means that we're fortunate enough to attract many candidates. Now and again we may need help from recruitment agencies who are on our Preferred Supplier List.

All areas of our business have a Preferred Supplier List (PSL) and we always stick to this. We've worked hard with our suppliers to build relationships and we make sure that this is based on trust and respect. Our agencies are always briefed fully on the roles we need them to work on. Therefore we do not accept floated CVs.

We have no plans to review our PSL at the moment. We ask that you respect the relationships which we've built up with our Preferred Suppliers and the way we work.
