Terms & Conditions

1. To be eligible to enter, customers must purchase any V Bottle 4pk from The Warehouse between Wednesday 07/07/10 and 31/08/10

2. Employees of The Warehouse Ltd and suppliers of V drink merchandise and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 

3. All entries must be on The Warehouse original till generated entry form.  Photocopies will not be accepted.

4. Each entry must be sent in a separate stamped envelope.  No responsibility is taken by The Warehouse and/or Frucor Beverages Ltd for late, lost or misdirected entries. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. All entries must be sent to: “V” Drink Promotions and must arrive no later than 5pm, Monday 06/09/2010

6. The draw will take place at 9am on Friday 10/09/2010.  The major prize winners will be notified by telephone

7. All prize packs will be sent via courier to each winner’s home address.

8. If any winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to notification on or before Friday 24/09/2010 the prize will be declared null and void at the discretion of The Warehouse and/or Frucor Beverages and another winner will be drawn

9. The Warehouse and/or Frucor Beverages reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry. 

10. The prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The  winners will be the first 5 valid entries drawn from all eligible entries and will each receive a year’s supply of V Energy Bottle 350ml (being 365 bottles, one for every day of a calendar year worth approximately $981 each(based on the single unit RRP). 

11. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, entrants agree that their name, town/suburb and photograph may be used for publicity purposes in connection with this promotion in any media, without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.

12. Entries will become the property of the promoter. Entrants’ details will only be used for database purposes if outlined during entry process.
