How much are the gift cards that I can buy online worth?
The Warehouse gift cards can be bought online at values of $10, $25, $35, $50 or $100. You can get more than one gift card sent to one address if you would like to purchase a value that is a combination of these amounts. The Warehouse gift cards can also be bought in store. If you buy one of our gift cards in store, you need to present it at any checkout and advise the operator how much you would like to place on the card (from $10 to $1,000).

How do I pay for a gift card online?
At this stage, you need a credit card to buy gift cards online a www.thewarehouse.co.nz. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Can I buy more than one gift card for more than one person to be sent to more than one delivery address, all in one order?
Yes you can. Once you have selected how many gift cards of which value you would like, click ‘Add to cart’ to be taken through to the purchase page where you will enter a message and delivery details for each gift card. You will also need to enter a billing address for the credit card that you are using to make the purchase.

What does the person receiving the gift card get when the gift card arrives? Is it gift wrapped and can I put a message on it?
Gift cards are sent with your own message in a special gift card envelope. Gift card messages are entered on the purchase page and are limited to 250 characters. Click the link to view what it looks like.

How does the person receiving the gift card use it?
The Warehouse gift cards can be redeemed for goods sold at any of The Warehouse stores in New Zealand. They can not be used to buy products on our website, as yet. To redeem the gift card in store, simply present it at the time of purchase.

Can gift cards be used to buy products online at www.thewarehouse.co.nz?
No. At this stage, The Warehouse gift cards can only be redeemed for goods sold at any of The Warehouse stores in New Zealand.

Will you charge me a delivery fee to send the gift card to me or to someone else?
Gift cards are like money, so we want to make sure that they are delivered safely. That’s why we use a courier partner and require a signature upon delivery. We charge a $5.99 delivery fee per delivery address for this service.

When will the gift card arrive at my chosen delivery address?
You will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. For orders placed on Monday – Friday, before or on Friday 19th December, or after Monday 5th January, we expect gift cards will be dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed. For orders placed at the weekend, gift cards will be dispatched on the following Monday.

You will be able to see if your gift card has been delivered or is still in transit by entering the tracking number emailed to you in the dispatch email, into the Courier Post site.

Can gift cards be returned?
Gift cards cannot be returned because the gift card value is activated at the time of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

I'm accessing this site from outside New Zealand. Can I still place an order?
Yes, but only if the delivery address is within New Zealand. At this stage we do not deliver outside of New Zealand.
