 Ian Morrice | Ian Morrice Ian was appointed to the board in September 2004 and took over the role of Group CEO in October 2004. Prior to joining The Warehouse he held a number of senior management roles in large UK retail groups. During 8 years at Kingfisher plc he held positions of Managing Director, Commercial B&Q and Managing Director, B&Q Warehouse, Retail Director and Director of Trading for Woolworths UK. He was Retail Director for AA Insurance and also held a number of senior roles at the Dixons Group (DSGi plc) over a 15 year period from 1978 to 1993. Ian also has an MBA from the highly respected Cranfield University School of Management in the UK. | |
 Luke Bunt | Luke Bunt Luke joined The Warehouse in May 2002. A Chartered Accountant by profession, Luke is responsible for group finance and planning, investor relations, property and corporate affairs. Prior to joining The Warehouse he was General Manager of Finance for the sales and service group at Telecom, Chief Operating Officer at Feltex Carpets responsible for sales and marketing and from 1986 to 1997 he was with the DB Group in a variety of finance and commercial roles including Group General Manager Finance and Planning. | |

 Richard Lewis | Richard Lewis Richard moved to New Zealand from the UK in January 2005 to join The Warehouse. Richard is responsible for Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain and Merchandise. Prior to joining The Warehouse he was with Sainsbury’s as Head of Non Food Operations leading their launch of general merchandise and clothing into stores and was with Woolworths UK between 1992 to 2001 in a variety of roles in operations and merchandise after joining as a graduate trainee. | |
 Owen McCall | Owen McCall Owen joined The Warehouse in November 2003. As CIO, Owen is responsible for group information technology. His focus is on ensuring that all the IS systems for The Warehouse Group directly support our business strategy and that our technology investment provides clear and quantifiable benefit to the Group. Owen has spent 23 years in the IT industry and has gained a wide variety of experience in all elements of the systems lifecycle from IT strategy through to implementation and operations. Before joining The Warehouse, Owen was the Principal for Deloitte’s Outsourcing practice in Australia and New Zealand. | |
 Mark Otten | Mark Otten Mark is a Certified Public Accountant (USA) and joined The Warehouse in February 2006. Mark is responsible for all Red Shed planning, reporting, accounting and audit. Prior to joining The Warehouse, he was Head of Finance for Polo Ralph Lauren Europe and was with The Walt Disney Company from 1989 to 1998 in a number of roles including General Manager New Zealand. Mark started his career with Ernst & Young in Chicago. | |
 Paul Walsh | Paul Walsh Paul joined The Warehouse in 2005 and leads the human resources team. He has a background in both operations and in human resources. Paul was Director Human Resources for Woolworths for nine years and General Manager Human Resources for the Sky City Group for four years prior to joining The Warehouse. | |
 Stuart Yorston | Stuart Yorston Stuart joined The Warehouse in November 2002. Stu’s responsibility is to ensure that the business has the customer and competitive insight required to make both short and long term decisions on the business’ direction. On a day to day basis he is responsible for driving customer foot traffic through using advertising, media, events and brand/category development programs. Stu has over 15 years experience in marketing with a number of roles with Lion Nathan Australia and prior to that with Unilever (in Australia and New Zealand). | |

 Mark Powell | Mark Powell Mark joined Warehouse Stationery in April 2009 and has responsibility for the overall financial performance of the Blue Sheds, its people and its community initiatives. He has held a number of senior executive roles over a span of seven years in The Warehouse Group his recent being GM Supply Chain and Merchandise Support. He has extensive retail, supply chain and third party logistics experience, including running Wal-Mart Canada's logistics operations and being Supply Chain & Home Shopping Director for the UK food retailer Iceland plc. Before joining The Warehouse in November 2002 he was UK Logistics Director for the UK's largest retailer Tesco. Mark has a Masters in Logistics and an MBA. | |
 Tania Benyon | Tania Benyon Tania joined Warehouse Stationery in October 2007. Tania is responsible for the category management and purchasing teams, covering supplier relationships, inventory, and merchandise planning. Prior to joining Warehouse Stationery she was Merchandise Manager at Noel Leeming Group responsible for all merchandise functions for the Noel Leeming and Bond & Bond stores. | |
 Anna Campbell | Anna Campbell Anna joined Warehouse Stationery in July 2004. Anna is responsible for attracting, retaining, developing and communicating with talent in the business. Anna was awarded the HR Institute Young HR Practioner award with Distinction for the Auckland region in 2008. Prior to joining Warehouse Stationery she was the General Manager Human Resources for Pacific Travel Group, Acting Operations Manager for Pacific Travel Group, Senior HR Consultant for Zespri International Limited and prior to that worked in banking. | |
 Pejman Okhovat | Pejman Okhovat Pejman worked with The Warehouse for 3 years where he was Head of Store Operations and also Operation Manager for Large Format Stores prior to joining Warehouse Stationery in July 2008. Pejman is responsible for the running of the operations of the retail chain. From 1995 to 2005 Pejman worked in UK retail industry and held variety of positions including Central Operations, Format Development and Field Management with major retailers such as J.Sainsburys, ASDA (Wal-Mart) and Marks & Spencer. | |
 Des Flynn | Des Flynn Des joined Warehouse Stationery in June 2009, and is responsible for interpreting customer opportunities and needs to assist the business in the effective implementation and communication of its plans. Des is also responsible for the leadership of the B2B and B2C channels, and the online web business. Previous roles include general management in marketing, operations, business development, strategy development, and chief operating officer with New Zealand retailers such as Woolworths and Progressive supermarket groups, and Life Pharmacy. | |
 Andrew Buxton | Andrew Buxton Andrew joined Warehouse Stationery in June 2009. Andrew supports the key trading functions by leading the information systems and logistics teams, and is also responsible for running the deployment of strategy across the business. He has held previous roles with The Warehouse, most recently as GM Supply Chain. Prior to joining Warehouse Stationery, he has extensive experience in retail, consulting and running businesses in NZ, Hong Kong and the UK including with KPMG Consulting and Debenhams/Arcadia. | |
 Paul Judd | Paul Judd Paul is a Chartered Accountant and joined Warehouse Stationery in January 2009. Paul is responsible for Blue Shed planning, reporting, accounting and audit. Prior to join Warehouse Stationery, Paul worked in the New Zealand retail environment as Group Financial Controller with Mitre 10. Paul has also worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers in New Zealand and for BDO Shay Hayward in the United Kingdom. | |
