Clearance Products

Clearance products are products that we will soon no longer stock as they are end of line, or it is end of season and have lowered the price on in order to sell all our remaining stock.  We identify clearance products online with a yellow clearance icon.  We often have limited stock both in our stores and online therefore there are no guarantees of availability, and rainchecks and laybys do not apply. 

Occasionally there are times when we advertise clearance products as available online however due to our fulfilment process we are unable to source stock.  To fulfil online orders, we pick the products you have ordered from a number of sources. We display a product on our website as 'in stock' and able to be added to your shopping cart, based on our systems telling us there is stock in whichever place we pick this particular product from. Some products we pick directly from the shelves of our dedicated 'sister store' in Auckland. For these products, occasionally due to the lag time between an online order being placed and our team finding the product on the shelf, the product may have sold out. We endeavour to prevent this from happening with rigorous systems and minimum stock levels required for a product to show as 'in stock' online. If it does happen we will refund you and contact you by email to advise you of this.
