Endurance
From the correct shoes to the right equipment, if endurance training is the name of your game you need to prepare for the ultimate aerobic workout! Skipping, running, interval training or cycling, it’s all about getting that heart rate pumping.
Resistance
Resistance training is not resistance to exercise! It’s a type of physical exercise specialising in the use of resistance to strengthen your body and increase muscle. From lifting weights, boxing or kettle bells, after warming up, choose a weight that allows you to just reach your target rep – you don’t want to cause an injury!
Flexibility
Can’t touch your toes? Flexibility training focuses on stretching exercises that help with mobility. From Pilates to Yoga, make the stretch, feel the burn and push those boundaries. Top tip: fitted clothing can help with movement and visibility for technique, plus, yoga pants are incredibly comfy!

Ingredients
· 2/3 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
· 2 large handfuls kale or any other green leaf vege
· 1/3 c pineapple chunks
· 1/2 ripe avocado
· 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
· 1 c ice cubes
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth!
