The Value Foodbox fcontains the freshest of locally sourced supermarket quality meat and vegetables to provide a person the key ingredients for most meals for seven days. Appetites may vary, so please check below for details of what you'll find in each box.

Where do you deliver to?

Our Value Foodboxes are available for contact-less delivery to:

Auckland Metro (up to Albany in the north, Papakura in the south, Titirangi in the west (Huia and Laingholm not covered), and Maraetai in the east)



Wellington (including Upper and Lower Hutt)


Do you deliver to rural addresses?

Yes, if your delivery address falls within the delivery zone, as shown in the map.

Is the Foodbox available for Click & Collect?

No, Foodboxes are currently not available for Click & Collect.

What’s in the box?

The four different size Value Foodboxes contain supermarket quality ingredients like what you'd normally pick up during your weekly shop, but instead delivered safely to your door.

In all of the boxes, the items are whole, giving you complete freedom to cook them the way you like it.

Where are the items sourced from?

Foodbox sources all its fresh, high-quality products directly from reputable primary New Zealand producers, farmers and growers.

Can I change the contents of a Foodbox?

No, unfortunately you cannot change the contents of a Foodbox at this stage.

How soon will I get my Foodbox after placing my order?

You can choose the delivery date that suits you. Sadly we aren't able to deliver every day to some regions, but in most instances boxes are packed and delivered within 48 hours to ensure maximum freshness.

My Foodbox was scheduled for delivery today, but I haven't received a shipping notification yet. When can I expect it?

Deliveries can go be ongoing up to 7-9 PM so please be assured your order is still on its way today.

We cannot provide shipment notification and tracking updates at this stage, however this is something we’re working to include as part of the delivery process.

Is the Foodbox safely packaged and delivered contactlessly to my home?

Each Foodbox is hygienically packed and delivered directly to your door. The delivery will be contactless as per the Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment guidelines to ensure zero contact and maximise safety for customers and team members.
