What you will need: 

- Slow cooker 
- 1 onion, diced 
- 1 tbsp yellow curry paste 
- 1 cup vegetable stock 
- 400ml coconut cream 
- 3 large Kumara, diced 
- 1 red capsicum, sliced 
- 400g chickpeas 
- 400g tinned tomatoes 
- Half a cauliflower 
- Rice
