Join our Christmas Club and we'll encourage your savings for Christmas and the new year. You'll receive an extra 5% off purchases made using your card on a huge range of products at any The Warehouse store. This 5% off your purchases can be redeemed using your Christmas Club card between 1 December and 6 February. Christmas Club cards are not accepted online.
Pick up a Christmas Club card in store from any checkout and activate by making a deposit from as little as $5.
Electronic Payments (Direct Debit or Automatic Payment) can be added to your Christmas Club card at any time during the year. In store top-ups can be done in any outlet of The Warehouse, except in December, where you can also check the balance on your Christmas Club card. Payments must be no less than $2. The maximum balance that you can have on your Christmas Club card is $5,000.
Each time you top up you are automatically entered into the draw to win a $500 credit on your Christmas Club card. Draws take place once a month from January to November. See our lucky monthly winners.

How do I set up a direct debit?

How do I set up internet banking?
For automatic bill payments, you need to provide the following information:
- The Warehouse Christmas Club bank account: 03 0104 0186858 000
- Particulars: Your surname and first initial
- Code: Your phone number, including area code
- Reference: The last 8 digits of your Christmas Club barcode from the back of your Club card. Include numbers and letters and use block letters. Please note - this step is very important.
How does the 5% discount work?
A: The discount is calculated after all other discounts have been worked out. For example, if you purchase $100 worth of goods using your Christmas Club card, you will receive a $5 discount on your purchase (i.e. it will only cost $95). Note - if you pay for your purchases with a mix of Christmas Club money and cash (or other tender) you will receive a discount based on 5% of the purchases paid for using Christmas Club money.
Are there any exclusions to the 5% discount?
A: The only exclusions are online purchases, lay-by payments, lay-by deposits and finance payments.
Do I get the 5% discount over and above any other discounts at the time?
When can I use my Christmas Club funds?
A: We help you to save for Christmas by limiting Christmas Club spending to 1 December - 6 February.
Do I need my card to top up in store?
A: Yes. This is the only way our system will recognise you.
Where can I check my balance?
A: You can check your Christmas Club card balance at any The Warehouse checkout, by using a scanning post in store or online at the Gift Card Balance Checker page.
What is the minimum and maximum I can put on my card?
A: The minimum amount is $2 and the maximum is $5,000.
Can Christmas Club cards be put on lay-by?
Can I get my money out?
A: Once you put money on to your Christmas Club card, you will only be able to use those funds during 1 December - 6 February. There is a 7-day grace period after you join (in case you change your mind) and any amount will be refunded. After this period you cannot get your money out.
What happens to my balance after December - 6 February?
A: Any money left on your card rolls over, and will be available in December - 6 February of the following year.
Do the cards displayed in stores have any value on them?
A: Cards do not have any value on them until they are 'activated' at the checkout.
Do I get change from a Christmas Club card purchase?
A: Christmas Club card balances reduce by the amount spent using the card. You can spend the remainder of the balance on another purchase from 1 December - 6 February.
Can my Christmas Club card be used at any other store (e.g. Warehouse Stationery)?
A: Your Christmas Club card is only valid at The Warehouse.
Do I need to get a new card every year?
A: No, you can keep using the same card.
Will my card expire?
A: Cards only expire after 24 months if you haven't made any transactions on your Club account (initial activation deposit, top-up or redemption). Any remaining funds become the property of The Warehouse.
