We want to help take the stress out of Christmas and the New Year, so by joining our Christmas Club you will get access to extra discounts and special member VIP nights. It’s free to join and is a great way to save for Christmas.
Your savings can then be used between the 1st November until the 31st December (redemption period).
Shop in-store at The Warehouse with your Christmas Club card during the redemption period to receive an extra 5% off purchases*.
To join Christmas Club, simply pick up a Christmas Club card in-store, provide us with your contact details and deposit a minimum of $5 to activate your card.

The Christmas Club card is accepted at all The Warehouse stores. Christmas Club cards are currently not accepted online.

Simply pick up a Christmas Club card in-store from The Warehouse and activate your card at the checkout by providing us with your details and depositing at least $5.
You will need to provide your name and contact information to ensure we can contact you with information regarding our Christmas Club. (For example – reminding you when the Christmas Club card is redeemable, VIP Nights, and notifying monthly prize winners).
You can shop in-store at The Warehouse with your Christmas Club card between the 1st November and the 31st December (redemption period) using your Christmas Club card and you’ll receive an extra 5% off purchases*. The 5% in-store discount is available for the entire redemption period when you use the funds on your Christmas Club card.

To set up an automatic payment (e.g. automatically pay $10 per month) or top-up using your online banking you will need to provide the details below.
Setting up an automatic payment or using online banking can make life easy – but we ask that you please check you have entered the details correctly as we need this information to be able to allocate your funds to your Christmas Club card.

Banking Reference Details: (for use in your online banking)
Particulars: Enter your first initial and surname (e.g. A.Smith)
Code: Enter your phone number including the area code (e.g. 0211234567)
Reference: Enter the last 8 digits of your Christmas Club card barcode as it appears on the back of your Christmas Club card - include numbers and letters and use block letters. (e.g. 123456ABC)
The discount is calculated off your total amount you spent using your Christmas Club card funds.
For example, if you purchase $100 worth of goods using your Christmas Club card, you will receive a $5 discount on your purchase (i.e. it will only cost $95).
Note: If you pay for your purchases with a mix of Christmas Club card and cash (or other tender) you will receive a discount based on 5% of the purchases paid for using your Christmas Club card.
Yes. The 5% is applied after the other discount.
For example, if you buy an item that has an original price of $100 and it has a 10% discount and you pay for that item with your Christmas Club card, the 10% discount will be applied first to reduce the item’s price to $90 and the 5% discount will then be applied to the $90 to reduce the price payable to $85.50.
You can check your Christmas Club card balance at any The Warehouse checkout or by using any self-scanner instore at The Warehouse.Or you can check your balance any time online at the Christmas Club Online Balance Checker.
The initial deposit is a minimum of $5. From then, the minimum amount is $2 for any top-up.
The maximum Christmas Club card total is $5,000.
Once you put money onto your Christmas Club card, you will only be able to use those funds during the redemption period of 1st November – 31st December.
However, there is a seven-day grace period after you join (in case you change your mind), and if you cancel your card within that period any amount on the card will be refunded.
If you have changed your mind (within the seven-day grace period) you can cancel your Christmas Club card by emailing: email@example.com
You will need to provide your Christmas Club card number and proof of your bank account number you wish this to be refunded to. E.g. A bank statement showing your name and account number.
After this seven-day period you cannot get your money out, or be refunded. However, your funds will be available to use in-store at The Warehouse during the redemption period.
Any money left on your Christmas Club card rolls over to the following year.
This means any remaining funds will be available from 1st November – 31st December of the following year for you to spend.
Christmas Club card balances reduce by the amount spent using the card. There is no change given on Christmas Club card purchases. Any remaining balance after the redemption period will be available the following year for you to spend.
No – currently your Christmas Club card is only valid at The Warehouse stores nationwide.
No, you can keep using the same card.
Cards only expire after 24 months if you haven't made any transactions on your Christmas Club card (initial activation deposit, top-up or redemption).
Any remaining funds become the property of The Warehouse.
