Click & Collect Order Update

If you were unable to collect your order before temporary closure, you have a couple of options:

Pick up when we reopen. If you have been notified your click and collect order is ready for pickup, and you weren’t able to pick it up prior to closure, it will be available for pickup when we reopen.

Cancel your order click and collect. If you would like to cancel your order click and collect order, please email us at and be sure to include your order number.

If your order contained Essential Items. If your order contains essential items that you need then you can contact us via email us at and our team will cancel your original order (Please remember to include your order number in the email.) You can then place a new online home delivery order for only the essential items you need.

We’re shipping with safety in mind. NZ Post deliveries will be left at your door. We will coordinate any oversized deliveries directly with you to ensure there’s always a 2-metre distance between you and our delivery team. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you and hope to see you again when we reopen our stores.

How it works

Step 1

Shop online as usual and add your products to cart.

Step 2

In the cart select 'Pick Up In Store' against the products you would like to Click & Collect. Then select the store you would like to collect from and complete your order

Step 3

We will email you when your order is ready at your selected store for you to collect (2-4 days from order for standard items, 5-7 days for oversized items)

Step 4

Head into store with your order confirmation (if you don't have a printer don't worry, you can show us your email on your phone). Remember to bring some identification with you into store and collect from the customer service desk.

Try our new pickup tower

We’re always looking for ways to improve your shopping experience which is why we’ve invested in a five-metre-tall 'click and collect' tower for one of our busiest Auckland stores, The Warehouse Sylvia Park.

We’ve partnered with Estonian tech firm Cleveron which develops vending machine-like towers and technology that automates the 'click and collect' process for online shopping - used by some of the world's largest retailers.

The tower works to simplify the collection process for shoppers who make online purchases and opt to pick up orders in store. After making a purchase, customers are emailed a six-digit code once the parcel to be picked up and you just need to head the tower located right outside the store and enter the code into the machine to retrieve your order.

How much does it cost*

There is no charge to cover the picking and sending of your order to your chosen store. There will be a charge of $20 for oversized items.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, if they have the order confirmation and ID they will be able to pick up your order.
You can bring in Driver's Licence, Passport, Gun Licence, Police ID or Armed Forces ID. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Card, AMEX, and NZ EFTPOS cards provided they have the customer's name imprinted and a signature.
Your order will be picked from our online fulfilment centres and sent to your chosen store, the days in between is the time it takes to be picked and travel between stores.
Yes, although due to the cost of transporting oversized items (whiteware, pool tables, bikes, trampolines, larger furniture etc.) the charge is $20 for orders that include one or more oversized items.

You can also pay using PayPal and internet banking through POLi.
As your order will be picked from our online fulfilment centres and sent to your chosen store if you can buy it online this shouldn't be an issue. A product shown as 'in stock' when our systems tell us there is stock in whichever place we pick this particular product from. Occasionally due to the lag time between an online order being placed and our team finding the product on the shelf, the product may have sold out. We endeavour to prevent this from happening with rigorous systems and minimum stock levels required for a product to show as 'in stock' online. If it does happen we will advise you that your product is on back order, while we try to source it. If we are unable to source the product you have ordered, we will refund you and contact you by email to advise you of this.
