Salter Indigo 24cm Springform Cooking/Baking Pan/Tin Get creative and make delicious cakes in this Salter springform pan measuring 24 cm, the perfect size for cheesecake, baking Victoria sponge or even devil’s food cake. Made from carbon steel, it has a non-stick coating so you can simply give the pan a light wipe with butter, spoon the mixture in and pop it into the oven. When finished, wash with warm soapy water and a soft cloth to preserve the finish, then decorate the cake and share with all your friends. Part of the Salter Indigo collection, this springform pan is high quality, with a classic finish that will look lovely in your kitchen. Made from gorgeous carbon steel, this 0.5mm gauge bakeware is strong, durable and long lasting, so you can bake with confidence. The superior non-stick marble coating ensures that the sponge will easily be released when cooked without crumbling or sticking. Oven safe up to 220°c / gas mark 6, the baking pan measures approximately 24 x 24 x 7 cm which is a great fit for most domestic ovens.
