Good Health Opti-CoQ10 helps maintain a healthy cardiovascular system and boosts the body's overall well-being and vitality. Coenzyme Q10 is also commonly used to maintain healthy gums. While CoQ10 occurs naturally in every cell of the body, the highest concentrations of CoQ10 are found in the heart, liver, mucus membranes and immune cells - those cells with the largest energy requirements.
