False promotion

Despite checking with the contact centre, who confirmed the packaging is as depicted, I made a wasted trip to discover that the product has no hole and no rope. Don't get excited just to waste your time like I did.

Akaroa sun shower

My sister inlaw brought this for me as she knew I was after a body wash with a hole and rope through it as in photo so I could hang it up, but it came with no hole and no rope,
disappointed
