Directions:

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE: ADULTS (take with food)

For general wellbeing support: Take 1-2 capsules daily.

For heart and brain health support: Take 3-6 capsules (1-2 capsules 3 times daily).

For joint and skin health support: Take 6 capsules (2 capsules 3 times daily).
