I've been buying this brand of fabric softener for years, is it me or has anyone else noticed that the pouring spout comes off when you pour it into the cap, even with a new bottle. I wasted a lot of fabric softener, I now have to hold the spout in place when pouring.
The product is great, I've just begun to notice this little cliche before I had to really pull to get the spouting off (to rinse it out).

I have used this softener for years & love it. You don't need much to make clothes soft. I am allergic to most washing products, no problems with this one.

Favourite softener! Love the smell & keeps our clothes soft. I haven’t had any problems with staining but I put the softener into the softener dispenser in the machine. Not straight on top of clothes
