Format the Flash Stick
I too also had a problem with a 5GB file not been accepted, saying file is too large. The reason been is that you need to format the usb stick from FAT32 to NTFS. It will work properly after that accepting larger files. Hope that helps :)

False advertising
The drive reports being 32gb, but cannot store a 6gb file. Absolute waste of money.
