Highly Recommend
I picked up this book the night before Level 4 lockdown started. Despite it being geared more for a younger audience I would highly recommend it for any age. While I have read so much content similar over the years (20+ years since my anxiety disorder diagnoses) the author does an exceptional job on combining what you need to know, with practical applications for your life, while still keeping it an easy read. It was such an asset to have with me through lockdown to remind myself how the way I think controls how I feel. If you could rate higher than 5 stars I would.
