Directions:
F"For relief of nasal congestion: Rub a thick layer onto chest or throat at night and/or morning. Keep clothing loose to let vapours rise to the nose and mouth. May be covered with a dry soft cloth if desired.
For temporary relief of aches and pains: Apply to the affected area 3 to 4 times daily. Rub gently in a circular motion until evenly spread and absorbed."
