If you press the source button on the remote, followed by 2580, it will bring up a secret menu.
Be careful in this menu, messing with things that you do not understand may brick your TV.
Go to the QMAP Adjust sub-menu, and set the following:
1) 444To422 ON
2) VIP OFF
This should disable all image post-processing, and ensure that the TV is in Chroma 4:4:4 mode, for improved text rendering.
Also, make sure your PC can output 4K via HDMI.
At 43" 4K, this TV has the same pixel-density as at 22"1080 monitor, meaning it will have a similar level of eye strain at the same distance from the screen.
Finally, you may have to adjust the image settings (through the regular settings menu) to get the display comfortable for you. I reccomend turning the contrast down a bit to aid text readability.
That's two products out of two that I have been browsing through today with this issue.
