They originally advertised these with the wrong specifications both online (claimed VGA input, and VESA 200x200) and in pamphlets (claimed included Netflicks and Youtube). It took multiple emails and a phone call to finally get them to correct the online details.
The lack of VGA in particular really inconvenienced us as we had planned to use our media PC (VGA video out) with the TV as we had with our previous 49" Veon.
Their response to this was basically that this was our problem and to suggest we return the TV to a store ourselves. They made no offer of anything to make up for the inconvenience.
We'd bought the TV during the end of year sale and missed our chance to buy something that did work for us (ie., was actually as advertised) at any other companies sale since we had trusted the Warehouse to at least get the basics right, so as you can imagine we were not at all impressed. And no way would it fit in our Mini to return!
In the end we had to get a new video card with HDMI to use the TV with our media PC, and got a TV mount sorted elsewhere (since they also never bothered to answer if they sold mounts that would suit the TV as it didn't match the specifications it was advertised with).
We've bought heaps of stuff from the Warehouse over the years - including whiteware, electronics, their mobile phone service, and furniture, and recommended their products to lots of friends. This experience has really shaken our confidence they will "do the right thing" or even care about customer satisfaction.
