Pay With PartPay

What is PartPay all about? Just shop online at The Warehouse. Choose PartPay as your payment method at checkout if your order size is between $50 and $800. Sign up or sign in (there’s no paperwork, the ID and credit assessment is done online in a few seconds). Pay your first 25% from your debit or credit card. Get your stuff sent right away. Then pay the rest off 25% at a time every fortnight. Pay no fees and no interest ever (unless you miss a payment – see below about what happens then, and to answer any other common questions).

 

It's easy. You shop online as usual then select PartPay at checkout. The first time you use PartPay, we need some details from you (just name, date of birth, address and driver licence number) so we can do a quick automatic identification and credit assessment. The PartPay system does this instantaneously and if it's all approved, you agree the instalment plan and PartPay take the first instalment. You also need to be over 18. You get your goods as usual and PartPay pays The Warehouse straight away, so everyone's happy.
 
Yes – but if you miss an instalment PartPay do charge a default fee. The default fee is $8 and a further $8 for every week the payment is outstanding.

The PartPay system assesses a number of different factors and includes inputs from third parties such as identity verification and credit assessment providers. Unfortunately, PartPay can’t provide any detail as to why you might have been turned down this time, but it might be worth trying again later. You can still always use another payment method.
 
If PartPay can’t take an instalment payment, then the next day an $8 default fee is added to your PartPay account. PartPay also apply a further $8 for every week the instalment is unpaid.
 
Yes, PartPay will drop you a text and email you the day before they take the instalment payment, but it is still down to you to ensure there are sufficient funds to take each instalment payment.
 
No problem. Please log on to your PartPay account via the PartPay website and follow the instructions to make a payment. If you are having any trouble please email  support@partpay.co.nz.
 
Returns are agreed between you and The Warehouse in accordance with The Warehouse’s terms and conditions.
 
This can take a little time depending on the different banks. If it’s been over 5 working days since you received email confirmation of the refund then please email PartPay on support@partpay.co.nz.

Yes. The PartPay website is SSL secure and PartPay does not store your full debit card details. All payments are handled by Payment Express, a secure PCI compliant New Zealand based payment gateway.

 

PartPay only deal with your information in accordance with the PartPay privacy policy, which you can find on their website here.

PartPay – payment options

PartPay Limited is an external payment service provider.  The Warehouse offers PartPay as a further payment option for you when purchasing goods from us through our Online Store.

Terms & Conditions of Use

General Terms

  1. PartPay Limited is an external service provider and is not part of The Warehouse or an associated subsidiary.
  2. Fees – there are no initial fees* applicable to you for using the PartPay service.  *Some fees may apply if you default on a payment.
  3. For PartPay’s FAQ’s and full Terms and Conditions please go to www.partpay.co.nz.
  4. Credit criteria and credit checks apply to the use of the PartPay service. 
  5. The PartPay payment service is available for online only purchases through The Warehouse website.  This payment option is not currently available in-store or on the mobile app.
  6. The PartPay service may only be used for online purchases with a value of between $50 to $800.  PartPay is not available for amounts lower or higher than those stated above.
  7. Product Exclusions – Gift Cards, iTunes cards, Gaming Cards and any other products in this category are not able to be purchased using the PartPay method of payment.
  8. PartPay is not available for BizRewards customers.
  9. The Warehouse Money Visa Card discount and Purple Visa Card double points are not applicable when paying with PartPay
  10. If you are a Team Member, you may use your Team Card in conjunction with transacting your payment through the PartPay service

 

What you need

  1. You must be over 18 at the time of your purchase in order to be able to use the PartPay service.
  2. PartPay is only available to New Zealand residents.
  3. In order to use the PartPay payment service, you must have a current New Zealand Driver’s Licence and a New Zealand debit or credit card.  If you do not have either of these, please contact PartPay directly to discuss further options.

Refunds

  1. Should you have any issues with your purchase, you are able to return your product to us under our standard terms.  Go to www.thewarehouse.co.nz/returns/online-returns for further information.
  2. Any refunds made by The Warehouse will be made to the card that you used to pay for your goods.
  3. If you claim a refund through PartPay, this will also be made to the card that you used to pay for your goods, and may take up to seven (7) days.  Refer to their terms and conditions for further information.
