How to make a claim:
Before you make a claim
Please check to see if you can find the answer to your problem in the manufacturer’s instructions. This is important because if you do make a claim and the product is found to be in working order (i.e. not faulty or the fault found is not one that is covered under this warranty), you will be responsible for any call out, service, repair and other charges or fees incurred in processing your claim.
Making a claim
If you need to make a claim you will need to provide us with a copy of your till receipt that details your product as well as The Warehouse Warranty cover you have purchased. Each product covered must have a separate cover on your till receipt.
For warranties purchased prior to March 2018 please call 0800 80 00 16.
For warranties purchased post March 2018 claims can be made online at www.nzclaim.com/thewarehouse or phone 0800 48 55 99 between 8.30am and 7.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
