MarketClub is a new kind of membership that gives you exclusive discounts and offers for shopping with us. It’s free to join and every time you shop using MarketClub, The Warehouse donates to a charity of your choice.

You can also join MarketClub on The Market. Take a look here. You will need to join MarketClub at TheMarket.com and in The Warehouse app if you would like to enjoy the benefits of MarketClub in both brands.

All Kiwis are welcome to join MarketClub. Membership is limited to one account per person; however it is not open to businesses.

  • Download The Warehouse app and register. Already got it? Make sure it’s the latest version and sign-in.
  • You should now see a MarketClub banner on your home screen, just follow the prompts to join.
  • If you can’t see the MarketClub banner, please make sure that you have the latest version of the app and that you’re signed in. If that’s still not working for you, please fully close and reopen the app.

To update your phone number or email address, just select My Account in the app menu, then Account in the MarketClub section at the bottom.

To deactivate your MarketClub account please email our team at: [email protected] and we will be able to help you. Please note that once your account is deactivated all your current offers will be lost & you will need to create a new account if you’d like to re-join the programme in the future.

MarketClub offers are deals and discounts available only to members of MarketClub. Offers available to you will be automatically applied when you shop logged-in on the app, when you shop logged-in online, and when you scan your QR code in-store.

You can find your personal QR code in The Warehouse app, simply tap the MarketClub icon on the homepage or open your account page.

Yes, MarketClub offers can be used in any The Warehouse store and in The Warehouse app.

Yes, you can currently use this in conjunction with Farmlands, The Purple Visa Card, ZIP finance and Christmas Club Card. MarketClub cannot be used with BizRewards.

Each offer will be available for a different length of time. The expiry for each offer will be shown clearly on the offer - within your offers tab.

The way offers can be used together varies depending on whether you’re shopping in a physical store or if you’re shopping in The Warehouse app.

When shopping in-store you can use more than one MarketClub product/category offer per transaction, as long as you meet the requirements of each offer. However, you cannot use a product/category offer and a basket level offer in the same transaction, nor can you use more than one basket level offer in the same transaction.

When shopping in the app you can use more than one MarketClub product/category offer per transaction, you can also use a product/category offer with a basket level offer in the same transaction, and you can use more than one basket level offer in the same transaction – as long as you meet the requirements of each offer.

  • What is a product/category offer? It’s an offer that applies to a specific item or group of items, e.g. 20% off Gascraft Portable Gas BBQs or 15% off pet beds.
  • What is a basket level offer? It’s an offer that applies to the whole purchase, e.g. Spend $50 and get $5 off or get 10% off when you spend $100 or more.

General exclusions apply, you can’t use the MarketClub offers to purchase gift cards, kitset assembly services, TV installation, Clearance and Apple products. Further exclusions may apply, this will be shown clearly on the offer.

It costs you nothing to show your support. The Warehouse donates on your behalf as a thank you for shopping with us to our national charity partners: The Salvation Army, Variety – The Children’s Charity, the Kindness Collective, Women’s Refuge, Plunket and Life Education Trust.

We have a collection of existing charity partners that we’ve been working with for a long time which were selected to be a part of the MarketClub programme.

When selecting a charity, you can choose between supporting Education, Wellbeing, Growth, Essentials, Family, or Seasonal causes. The charities we support are: Life Education Trust, Women’s Refuge, Variety – the Children’s Charity, The Salvation Army, Plunket and Kindness Collective. Absolutely! You can update your charitable cause at any time under the MarketClub ‘cause’ settings. All you have to do is tap on the ‘cause’ tab to view other charities. Once you have selected your new charity, you will need to tap the ‘update’ button to confirm the changes you’ve made.

If you return a product and you had redeemed an offer when you purchased that product, the offer can be credited back to your account at your request. Simply email your name, phone number, offer used and the date and approximate time of the original purchase to [email protected] within 7 days of your refund transaction.

You have received a service message email from The Warehouse in relation to The Warehouse now being part of MarketClub, The Warehouse Group’s new free membership programme.

We have recently made a system change to correct accounts that had been stuck in the join process. The change means that if you had previously accepted our terms and conditions, but had failed to fully complete the join process, you will now officially be a member of MarketClub.

    MarketClub is available in all The Warehouse stores and in The Warehouse app. You will continue to receive weekly offers and each time you shop we will to donate to a charity of your choice on your behalf.
