Warehouse Club Frequently asked questions

Warehouse Club is a free membership that gives you access to exclusive rewards and savings at The Warehouse. Member-only benefits include:

  • Club prices: when you scan The Warehouse app at checkout or shop logged in online.
  • Early access: to selected sales and offers before they're available to everyone else.
  • Delivery savings: exclusive delivery discounts and sometimes free delivery offers.
  • Be in to win: exclusive prize draws and app-only games throughout the year.
  • More VIP perks: opt in to emails and app notifications to receive surprise deals, offers, and invites to member events.

Warehouse Club replaces MarketClub as our exclusive customer loyalty programme.

If you are a MarketClub member, you do not need to re-register; your MarketClub membership will convert and continue in Warehouse Club. If you are not a MarketClub member but would like to join Warehouse Club, follow the steps below:

  • Step 1: Download The Warehouse app. If you've already got the app, make sure it's the latest version.
  • Step 2: Open the app and click the 'Club' icon in the top right corner or the 'Account' icon on the bottom right corner.
  • Step 3: Follow the steps to register.
  • Step 4: Make sure you're signed in when shopping online or scan your Club QR code at checkout in-store to get the most out of your membership.

You can also join by visiting www.thewarehouse.co.nz/club and following the instructions, however downloading The Warehouse app is the best way to see all your offers and to use your membership in-store, by scanning the QR code in the app at checkout.

All New Zealanders over the age of 18 are welcome to join Warehouse Club. Membership is limited to one account per person for personal use only and is unfortunately not available to businesses.

Warehouse Club will be similar but different than our previous membership programme. We have some exciting plans which include things like exclusive club offers, member-only competitions and games, early access to sales and VIP events, plus a few others we'll surprise you with along the way.

You can update your phone number or email address in 'My Account' when logged into your Warehouse Club account at www.thewarehouse.co.nz.

Warehouse Club prices and offers are available only to Club members. Discounts available to you will be automatically applied when you are logged in online and shop, or when you scan your QR code in-store at checkout.

In The Warehouse mobile app, tap the Club icon on the homepage or open your Account page. On the website, you can find your Club QR code in the Account section.

Most Club offers can be used in any The Warehouse store and in The Warehouse app, unless an offer states that only specific stores are participating. Some offers can also be used on The Warehouse website. Offers will clearly state if an offer can only be redeemed on the app, in store or the website. Offers do not include Warehouse Stationery, unless the Warehouse Stationery sits within a The Warehouse store.

You can currently use this in conjunction with your Farmlands card. Warehouse Club offers cannot be used in conjunction with BizRewards.

Each offer will be available for a different length of time. The expiry for each will be shown clearly on the offer.

The way offers can be used together may vary depending on the individual offer details. We have two general types of offers at this stage, they are:

  • A product/category offer: This is an offer that applies to a specific item or group of items and may be available for varying periods, e.g. 20% off Gascraft Portable Gas BBQs or 15% off pet beds. This will generally be communicated to you as a Club Pricing offer.
  • A basket level offer: this is an offer that applies to the whole purchase, e.g. Spend $50 and get $5 off, or get 10% off when you spend $100 or more. This will generally be communicated to you as a short-term offer. We may also send you personalised offers from time-to-time, based on your previous purchases.

If these offers are running at the same time and cannot be used together, we will communicate this to you with the offer.

General exclusions apply: you can't use Club offers to purchase gift cards, kitset assembly services, TV installation, shipping fees, Clearance items, Marketplace products, and Apple products. Further exclusions may apply; these will be shown clearly in the offer. Note Club offers cannot be used if you are wanting to use our Layby facility in store.

You can also join on our website at thewarehouse.co.nz/club. Once you have joined, you can purchase online logged in and any eligible offers will automatically be applied. If you are shopping in-store, go to your account page on the website and print off your unique Club QR code. Bring this to store, scan it at checkout and any eligible offers will automatically be applied. Unfortunately, we do not have a physical card at this time.

  • Warehouse Club offers are deals and discounts available only to members, so double check you're logged into your account in The Warehouse app. In the app, you can find your offers by tapping the Club icon on the homepage, in your Account page, as well as on relevant product pages.
  • Offers available to you will be automatically applied when you shop logged-in on the app, when you shop logged-in online, and when you scan your QR code in-store. Some offers may only be available to redeem in-store and/or in-app and we will communicate this to you with the offer.
  • If you still cannot find your Club offers, contact us at [email protected].

If you return a product and you redeemed an offer when you purchased that product, the offer can be credited back to your account at your request if the offer is still valid. Email your name, phone number, the offer used, and the date and approximate time of the original purchase to [email protected] within 7 days of your refund transaction. If the offer period has passed, we will not be able to credit the offer back onto your account.

Our standard returns and refund process will apply to any product returns.

No. By creating a The Warehouse account you are agreeing to join Warehouse Club. Creating an account and joining the Club is free of charge. If you decide not to become a member you can still make purchases through our website and app as a Guest.

As a Club member, your The Warehouse account information, such as current wishlist and purchase history, is available in the 'Club' section of the app or in the 'Your Account' section when logged in on the website. In-store digital receipts are only available to view in-app.

Note: If you decide to close or delete your Club membership, you can still make purchases through our website and app as a Guest, and access to your previous purchase history will only be available by contacting us at [email protected].

For the purposes of Warehouse Club, we store and use your contact information and location that you have provided to us for the purpose of administering the Warehouse Club, offering to and providing you with the benefits of Warehouse Club, and providing you with a more customised and tailored shopping experience. Alongside this, your shopping history and preferences, membership utilisation and offer redemption is also retained by our system under your Club account.

We use this information to keep you up to date with the latest Club offers and member-only benefits, to create special offers based on your purchase history and preferences, and other updates about the programme.

We may share your information with third parties undertaking services on our behalf or where needed for us to fulfil the services you have ordered. We may also disclose your information where we believe that disclosure is necessary in order to protect our or your rights, safety or property. For more detailed information regarding circumstances in which we may share your information please refer to section 8 of our Privacy Statement.

Note: Where we are running a competition in conjunction with a third party, your information may be supplied to them as part of this, and we will inform you of this within the terms and conditions of that competition, including who will be receiving this information.
