Everyday Health NZ Bee Pollen, as the name suggests, is pollen collected from bees. Beekeepers harvest this precious substance by placing a screen over the hive with openings just large enough for the bees to pass through. As the bees enter, the screen extracts the pollen. Don't worry the baby bees don't go hungry, there is still plenty of pollen making its way into the hive.
Although it's been used for 1000s of years in Chinese medicine, It wasn't until the late 1970s, following testimonials by athletes that consuming this product increased their stamina and athletic ability, that modern usage became widespread.
Chemical analyses show that it is nutritionally diverse, containing carbohydrates, amino acids, lipids, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

What do the capsules contain?
Each capsule contains 500mg of dried New Zealand bee pollen granules. Bee pollen consists of more than 200 substances, including: vitamin A, B-1 Thiamin, B-2 Riboflavin, B-3 Niacin, B-5, B-6 Pyridoxine, B-12 cyanocobalamine, Pantothenic acid, Vitamin C, F, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin H, Vitamin K, Vitamin PP, Folic Acid, Choline, Inositol, Rutin, Calcium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Iron, Copper, Iodine, Zinc, Sulfur, Sodium, Chlorine, Magnesium, Manganese, Molybdenum, Selenium, Boron, Silica, Titanium, as well as Amino Acids, Carbohydrates, Fatty Acids, Enzymes & Co-Enzymes, and lipids.
Directions
Adults: Take two (2) capsules per day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
