• To prevent the bag from drying out it must be rehydrated. Remove all packaging and dispose of safely. Not suitable for use by children under 36 months.
• Steps:
  1. Place a microwaveable cup half full of water into microwave until it boils: to creates steam.
  2. Then place the bag in the microwave with the cup. The steam created from the hot water will rehydrate the heat beads. The bag may feel damp after rehydrating.
  3. Carefully remove the cup of water once it has completely cooled.
• When not in use store the insert bag in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Wipe clean only with a damp cloth. Dry flat in shade. Do not dry clean.
• Warning - this product can cause burns. Do not use directly on skin.
  Take care when removing from the microwave.
  Never put into direct contact with open wounds or delicate skin.
  Inspect regularly, if damage is found dispose of in an environmentally friendly manner.
  Consult a doctor if you are unsure on medical grounds about using the product, especially if user is pregnant, diabetic or has nerve damage.
  Not suitable for people with sensitive skin.
  Not suitable for people who have reduced heat awareness or feeling in their skin.
  Do not ingest contents.
  Do not overheat.
  For microwave use only.
  Do not exceed recommended heating times; in the event of this happening leave the bag to cool completely and rehydrate before use.
  Inspect at regular intervals.
  Discard if found worn or damaged.
  Heating should only be carried out by an adult.
  Do not reheat the bag until it has cooled to room temperature.
  Dispose of with care at room temperature.
