Directions:
Recommended Adults Dosage: Take 1 level scoop (6g) once daily for healthy digestion or twice daily for bloating support, before a meal. Dissolve in 150ml of water or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Shake or stir until mixed and consume immediately.
