Directions:
Recommended dosage for adults and children 12 years of age and older:
To support restfulness: 2 tablets with water, 2-3 times daily.
To support sleep: 2 tablets with water, 1 hour before bedtime and another 2 at bedtime.
Storage: Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Do not use if the blister backing is damaged.
Store below 25 C.

75 mg Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) dry extract, 23 mg Humulus lupulus (Hops) dry extract, Melissa officinalis dry extract, maltodextrin, colloidal anhydrous silica, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, purified talc, povidone, copovidone, sucrose (saccharose), titanium dioxide (E171), maize starch, liquid glucose, carnauba wax, white beeswax, shellac, carmellose sodium, polysorbate 80, indigo carmine (E132). Contains sugars.
