Chinese skullcap has been used for at least 2,000 years in traditional Chinese herbalism where it s primarily used as a powerful agent to steady the nerves. It supports relaxation and is great for anyone that occasionally has trouble falling asleep. Also the root of this herb features four major flavonoids, one of which is baicalin, and this compound has been shown to have a protective action on the liver.
Directions:
As a dietary supplement, take one capsule two to three times per day with water.
Store in a cool, dry place.

Other ingredients: Rice bran, gelatin, maltodextrin, silica, calcium stearate.
