Synxgeli Heel Grips with self adhesive backing to protect the heel from rubbing the back of the shoe; reducing heel slippage during walking; and improving shoe fit when shoes are slightly too big.

Directions:

Remove paper backing from heel grip. Place the grip adhesive side down to the back of the shoe and press firmly. Allow to set for a few hours before use.
