Please order enough extra tiles to cover edge cutting, mis-cuts, breakages, and future needs. On rare occasions, a minimal quantity of tiles may get broken or edge damaged in handling/transportation. Please allow these tiles to be used as cut tiles for edges/trims.

Please note that we are currently unable to deliver tiles NZ wide. If ordering tiles, you will need to pick them up from our goods collection point. If you are an Auckland City or Christchurch City customer, we may be able to deliver tiles with our own delivery team, please make sure to inquire at the time of purchase.
