Putty Filler is a ready-to-use filler for the interior. It is an acrylic-based formulation used for both bedding and finishing together with joint tape to reinforce and conceal the joints, fasteners and corner beads of gypsum board. It can also be used to texture wallboard surfaces and laminate wallboard to an existing surface such as old plaster, masonry or gypsum wallboard. Due to its ready mixed formulation, it is time-saving with minimal wastage and is thus highly economical and convenient to use.

USES:

Cement plaster, concrete and brick, emulsion and cement paint asbestos, cementboard and gypsum board joint.

WE RECOMMEND PRELIMINARY COMPATIBILITY TESTS PRIOR TO APPLICATION TO ACHIEVE DESIRABLE RESULTS.

SPECIFICATION:
Adhesion - Adheres firmly to all clean, dry and grease-free plaster and wood surfaces. Will not crack or fall out when dry.

Specific gravity - 1.73 ± 0.2
Drying time - A thin film dries in approx. 15 to 30 minutes.
Standability - Use 150-grit sandpaper
Odour - Odourless after dry
Coverage - 30 to 40 square feet per kg
Safety - Non-flammable and non-toxic
Cleaning - Clean tools with water
