Terms and Conditions of Entry

The prizes and how to enter:

 
  1. The Promotional Period begins at 12.01 am on Wednesday 12 March and finishes 11.59pm on Tuesday 18 March 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
  2. The prize will be drawn and notification will occur within five (5) working days of the end of the promotional period. In the event that a winner is unable to be contacted within five (5) working days of the prize draw, a new winner will be drawn on the same terms as the original draw.
  3. Spend $150 or more in one transaction (“valid transaction”) and scan your MarketClub QR code at the checkout in-store or make a valid transaction on The Warehouse app or website while logged-in and you will get an automatic entry into the prize draw.

  6. For the duration of the Promotional Period, The Warehouse customers who are members of MarketClub will receive one entry into the prize draw by:

     

    • Spending $150 or more in one transaction; and
    • scanning their MarketClub QR Code when making a purchase in-store, or
    • if online (web or app) they will be automatically entered if signed into their MarketClub account at the time of purchase.
    • For the avoidance of doubt, customers will not be eligible to participate in this promotion if they do not scan their MarketClub QR Code or are not signed into their MarketClub account at the time of purchase. Entries will not be accepted on a retrospective basis after the time of purchase.
  7. One entry per transaction. You may enter as many times as you like, provided you meet the eligibility criteria.
  8. Minimum spend of $150.
  9. All valid entries received during the Promotional Period will be entered into the prize draw for the relevant entry period. There will be one (1) winner drawn at the end of the promotional period.
  10. Entrants’ must be over the age of 18 years in compliance with MarketClub membership terms and conditions.
  11. Winners will be contacted via email or phone using the contact information contained in their MarketClub profile.
  12. Winners must agree to their name and region being published on www.thewarehouse.co.nz and in other marketing material produced by The Warehouse, and to any publicity The Warehouse requires as part of receiving their prize. The winners agree to make themselves reasonably available for this purpose, without compensation.
  13. Prizes will be delivered to the New Zealand address as specified by the respective winners (where applicable), or as arranged between us at the time of prize winning notification.
  14. If the prize contains a The Warehouse Gift Card, the prize will be subject to the standard terms and conditions of use for The Warehouse Gift Cards.

  • Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of any applicable Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Statement.
  • Entry is open to all eligible residents of New Zealand except for employees and their immediate families of The Warehouse Group Limited, its subsidiaries and entities.
  • The Warehouse reserves the right to extend, postpone, or cancel the competition and to update the terms and conditions without notice.
  • All entries become property of The Warehouse. The Warehouse collects and holds personal information provided with each entry to be used to notify winners and to verify the identity and eligibility of winners.
  • The Warehouse accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance of the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
  • Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize which is not used within the specified period, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Any product images or photos used in promotional material for this competition either in store or online are indicative only.
  • The winners will be randomly selected by The Warehouse.
  • The Warehouse may be required by law to disclose any of the information that you provide. The Warehouse will only make the disclosure if it believes, in good faith, that it is required to do so.
  • The Warehouse’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and binding on every person who enters, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Warehouse reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant or an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry or the spirit of the promotion.
  • The Warehouse and any other agencies associated with this promotion will not be responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to technical problems.
  • The Warehouse and any other agencies associated with this promotion will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which may be sustained, directly or indirectly, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained by any entrant or prize winner in connection with any product purchased for this competition or any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
