  3. High temperatures can result in balloons bursting. TWS takes no responsibility for balloons that burst due to high temperature exposure.
  4. The Warehouse takes no responsibility for the outcome of a customer provided balloon filled with helium. This includes float times and bursting balloons.
  5. The Warehouse reserves the right to refuse service to any customers joking about inhaling the helium gas.
