The Warehouse Jewellery Club is closing
We have made the difficult decision to remove Jewellery counters from our stores. Shortly, you will no longer be able to shop for fine jewellery at The Warehouse and the Jewellery Club will be closing.
That means we'll have some amazing fine jewellery clearance deals available in-store. If you're a member of the Jewellery Club, keep a lookout for an email with special members only offer to help you make the most of the deals.
Our jewellery counters will be replaced with new contemporary jewellery areas and a new and improved range of everyday low price jewellery. We're excited to bring you our new jewellery offering in the coming months, so please watch this space.

Will I still be able to buy fine Jewellery from The Warehouse?
Fine jewellery is still available for purchase from The Warehouse while stocks last, however, we have made the difficult decision to stop selling these products in the future. Jewellery counters are being progressively removed from our stores. Over the coming months, our jewellery counters will be replaced with new contemporary jewellery areas, and a new and improved range of everyday low price jewellery.
Which stores still stock fine jewellery?
Fine jewellery at The Warehouse is only available at stores that have a jewellery counter. These jewellery counters are being progressively removed from our stores, see below for a list of stores that have jewellery counters as at 8 June 2021.

Will I still get invites to VIP events?
No, at this stage we are not planning to run any future Jewellery Club VIP events.
I’ve just received my sign up/birthday offer – will it expire immediately or is it still valid?
Both offers will be valid as per the terms and conditions included in the email sent to you with that offer.
I haven’t received a sign up offer or birthday offer – how will you make it up to me?
All members are being emailed a special offer to use now while we are running clearance and discount deals on the jewellery.
Will I still receive communications around upcoming deals on Jewellery?
Yes, if you are opted in to receive marketing messages from The Warehouse we plan to keep you up to date with our latest products and deals, however we will shortly be stopping communication from the Jewellery Club.
